This policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your beauty products and how in-store pickups work.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for delivery or pickup.
2. Delivery Options
We offer:
Home Delivery (via courier)
Same-Day Delivery (limited areas, extra charge)
In-Store Pickup at the Kelsbody location
Delivery availability depends on your area.
3. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and/or the weight of your order, and will not be displayed during checkout. Delivery charges are paid directly to dispatch riders or courier companies.
Fees for outside Accra delivery must be paid before the order is dispatched

4. Delivery Time
Typical delivery time ranges from:
1–3 business days for standard delivery
Same-day or next-day for express delivery
Delays caused by weather or courier issues are beyond Kelsbody’s control.
5. Pickup Policy
Customers may pick up orders during our regular business hours.
You will be notified when your order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within 5 days unless special arrangements are made.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video).
We will arrange a replacement or exchange.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once shipped or prepared, cancellations are not allowed.
8. Customer Responsibility
Ensure all delivery information is correct.
Couriers may charge additional fees for redelivery if provided with the wrong address.
