1. General Use
  • These terms govern all appointments, purchases, and interactions with Kelsbody.

  • By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information and follow all guidelines shared by our team.


2. Appointments & Bookings
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after payment of the deposit.

  • You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled slot. Late arrivals may affect the duration or availability of your service.


3. Service Delivery
  • Kelsbody strives to deliver services professionally, hygienically, and safely.

  • Results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and individual factors.

  • By booking, you acknowledge that you will follow the aftercare instructions provided by our team.


4. Refusal of Service

Kelsbody reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • A client is rude, abusive, or unsafe

  • A client has a condition that may risk their health

  • The service requested is inappropriate or unsafe


5. Payments
  • Full payment is required upon completion of your service.

  • We accept cash, mobile money, and approved electronic payments.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.


6. Products
  • All products sold by Kelsbody are original and safe to use.

  • Always follow instructions carefully.

  • Product results may vary based on skin type and usage consistency.


7. Intellectual Property
  • All images, videos, logos, and content on our platforms are owned by Kelsbody and may not be copied or used without permission.


8. Liability
  • Kelsbody is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, failure to follow aftercare, or misuse of products.

  • Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to service.


9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Kelsbody aims to provide exceptional service. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are handled.


1. Appointment Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows are automatically charged a no-show fee or full deposit forfeiture.


2. Rescheduling
  • You may reschedule your appointment once for free, provided it is done before the 24-hour deadline.

  • Late rescheduling counts as a cancellation.


3. Deposits
  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Deposits may be transferable to a new date only when rescheduling within the allowed time frame.


4. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds are offered after a service is completed.
However:

  • We offer touch-ups or adjustments within 48 hours, depending on the service type.

  • Any concerns must be reported immediately.


5. Product Refunds

Refunds or exchanges for products are only accepted when:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 3 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.


6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, additional delivery fees may apply.
